Although the hotel had some issues, like dealing with noise, warm temperatures, and outdated facilities, I did appreciate the quiet room with a window facing Bustamante. The presence of cockroaches in the closet was alarming, but despite the small size of the rooms, there were some positive aspects worth noting.

There were a few difficulties, but overall the service was reasonable. I particularly enjoyed the location right off the main square.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were incredibly small, without windows and AC, making it hard to breathe, the balcony overlooks the lively town square. Mornings can be loud with corridor noise. On the bright side, the service was genuinely nice, and experiencing Christmas in Oaxaca is a must. The European vibe of the location is charming, with good eateries nearby, although strikes can disrupt the view. The hotel offers organic fruits but lacks more dining options.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although noisy and warm, did offer comfortable beds. The inner corridor windows limited light and ventilation, but having a balcony overlooking the town square was a plus. The service, despite a few hiccups, was notably polite and helpful. The location, right in the heart of Zocalo, was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. However, the noise levels could be off-putting at times.
